1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using DBD-Nexus ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DBD-Nexus.
2. Description of Service
DBD-Nexus provides a Discord bot management platform that enables users to configure, customize, and manage Discord bots for their servers. The Service includes a web dashboard, API access, bot modules, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You must create an account via Discord OAuth to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate others
- Distribute spam, malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Pricing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed on our website and may change at any time. Current subscribers will receive 30 days notice of price increases.
5.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless canceled. All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that time.
6. Server Limits and Usage
Different subscription tiers have different limits on the number of Discord servers, modules, and features available. We reserve the right to enforce these limits and may suspend or restrict access if limits are exceeded. Rate limits may apply to API usage and bot commands.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by DBD-Nexus and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7.2 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service (configurations, custom messages, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
7.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to you.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including Discord and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Warranties regarding the results obtained from using the Service
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DBD-NEXUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Business interruption or loss of goodwill
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
- Damages arising from third-party services or actions of other users
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability, or $100, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DBD-Nexus and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Extended periods of inactivity
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data, though some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us to seek an informal resolution.
13.2 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DBD-Nexus operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.3 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
15. Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DBD-Nexus regarding the Service.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
